Instructor Crossover Application

Thank you for your interest in crossing over to become a NovoScuba Instructor. The Process has 3 to 4 parts depending on your certification experience level as an Instructor.

Part 1: Create an Account (This Form)

Use this form to create an account and make your payment for the Crossover. The fee includes your first years membership as an NovoScuba Instructor

Part 2: Your Certifications and Experience

In part 2 of the process, you will upload your existing certifications. If you have issued more than 100 certifications you qualify for our fast-track crossover. You’ll be asked to upload supporting documentation.

Part 3: Attend the online crossover

In part 3 you’ll join our online training on NovoScuba processes and procedures

Part 4: In-person Crossover

In this part you will attend a Instructor Crossover Evaluation to demonstrate your proficiency as an Instructor. If you have previously certified 100 students or more, you do are not required to attend this evaluation.
