Dive Explorer Prerequisites

What are the prerequisites for the Dive Explorer course?

To enrol in the Dive Explorer course, the diver must be:

  • At least 10 Years old (see also Age Restrictions for Divers)
  • A NovoScuba Independent Diver, or Junior Independent Diver, or equivalent

Divers with Dive Specialist certifications may credit the first dive towards the Dive Explorer certification.
