What is Learning Proficiency?
At NovoScuba, our courses and programs are designed to assess a student’s performance. Certification is granted only when the student demonstrates proficiency in all course requirements, including knowledge and skill performance. To demonstrate mastery during the knowledge development stage, students must complete the appropriate eLearning program for their course.
During confined and open water dives, proficiency is demonstrated by performing skills in a comfortable, fluid, and repeatable manner that meets the performance requirements expected of a diver at the appropriate certification level.
